Privacy Policy

I collect only what I need to respond to you, and I do not sell or rent your information to anyone. 

Who I am 

Inside Change Consulting is an organizational development and HR consulting practice run by Fiona  Proctor in Ontario, Canada. I (Fiona Proctor) am responsible for how personal information is handled on  this site. Questions go to fiona@insidechange.com. 

What I collect 

• Contact form: your name, email, organization, and whatever you write in the message. • Waitlist form: your name, email, and organization (optional). 

• Email: anything you send me directly. 

• Site use: basic technical information such as pages visited, browser type, and approximate  location, collected through Squarespace and the cookies it sets. 

Why I collect it 

• To answer your message and set up a conversation. 

• To tell you when Liberatory Leadership Training is offered next, if you joined the waitlist. • To understand how the site is used so I can improve it. 

I do not use your information for anything else without asking you first. 

Consent and unsubscribing 

Joining the waitlist is your consent to receive occasional updates from me about the training and related  offerings. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email me, and I will remove you.  Withdrawing consent does not affect anything else. 

Who else sees it 

Service providers that run this site handle your information on my behalf: Squarespace and Microsoft  Office. Some are based outside Canada, usually in the United States, and your information may be  stored there under the laws of that country. I choose providers with their own privacy commitments and  do not permit them to use your information for their own purposes. 

I do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. I disclose it only when the law requires me to.

How long I keep it 

Contact messages: as long as needed to respond and follow up. Waitlist contacts: until you unsubscribe.  Client records are governed by the agreement we sign, not this policy. 

How I protect it 

This site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). I store information in password-protected accounts that  only I access. 

Your rights 

You can ask what personal information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it.  Email fiona@insidechange.com and I will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with how I  handle your request, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca. 

Cookies 

This site uses only the cookies needed to function and [analytics cookies, if any]. You can block cookies  in your browser settings; the site will still work. 

Links to other sites 

This site links to LinkedIn and other external sites. Their privacy practices are their own. 

Changes 

When this policy changes, I update it here and change the date at the top.
